Tuition & Fees

PAYMENT PLANS
Full tuition is due at the time of registration. Furqaan Academy payment plans are provided as a courtesy for parents. Accepting a payment plan does not absolve the parent to pay the whole tuition amount.
➢ Plan 1: One-time Payment -Up-front at the time of registration ($250 Discount/family)
➢ Plan 2: Two payments – Half up-front & second half in January ($150 discount/ family in January)
➢ Plan 3: 9 Monthly payments.
Please note, all tuition collection is handled online through FACTS Tuition Management System. A $50 non refundable FACTS enrollment fee is charged per family every year. Payments except for registration will not be accepted in the office. All families must enroll with FACTS.
TUITION CONTRACT
- All fees are non-refundable and due at the time of registration. Student’s seat can only be held upon payment of $250 for registration fee.
- Payments must be set up through the FACTS management system. A $50 non refundable enrollment fee will be charged. If a payment is returned, a $30.00 FACTS returned payment fee will be assessed.
- All payments made in the office, except the registration fee, will be charged a $40 admin fee.
- A fine of $50 will be charged for tuition received after the 1st , 15th or 20th of each month.
- Rates are subject to change. Changes in the tuition amount will be determined during the school year, and the increase will be within the range of 20% of the current fee structure.
- Tuition will be withdrawn from your financial account on the scheduled date. Any requests or changes to the account must be made 4 business days before the scheduled due date.
- In the event a student withdraws during the school year, all balances owed to the school will be due immediately. If the student is withdrawn before November 30th due to unavoidable circumstances, 50% of the full year tuition will be due. If a student is withdrawn after November 30th, all tuition will be due immediately. Parents who choose to make monthly installments must pay the remaining tuition at the time of withdrawal. For families who have paid in full, there will be no tuition refunds after November 30th.
- If the student exits the school due to any reason, including administrative procedures such as expulsion or suspension, the tuition balance for that school year will be due immediately.
- Similarly, if a student is admitted in school before November 30th, full year tuition will be due. Any student who joins after December 1st will be charged 50% of the total tuition. Please note, that there are no discounts offered on items listed under “Other fees” on Page 2.
- Non-Payment – In the event of non-payment of any Tuition or other fee, the Academy may, in its sole discretion suspend the Student from classes, refuse to allow the Student to take examinations, and/or withhold the reporting transcripts, grades, or diplomas as permitted by law. Payments that are 60 days late (or more) will result in your account being turned over to a collection agency.
DISPUTES
- We agree that in the event that Furqaan Academy becomes involved in any claim or dispute asserted by us, or on our behalf, regarding the Tuition Agreement and/or the education, suspension, or dismissal of the Student or we breach our obligations under this Agreement, and the Academy thereafter takes action to enforce its rights, then, in any event, we shall be obligated to reimburse the Academy for all its costs and expenses incurred, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
- Except as provided in (c) below, all controversies, claims, and dispates arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the validity, interpretation, breach, violation, or termination thereof, shall be finally and solely determined by Arbitration in Bolingbrook, Illinois, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and this paragraph. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a panel of three arbitrators, one selected by the Academy, one selected by the Student’s parents, and the third appointed mutually by the arbitrators selected. The arbitrators may proceed to an award notwithstanding the failure of any party to participate in such proceedings. The award of the arbitrator shall be 1) the sole and exclusive remedy of the parties, 2) enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction, and 3) final and binding parties.
- Any action by the Academy to collect any unpaid Tuition or fees herein may, at the Academy’s election, be initiated in the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois in lieu of subjecting said claim to arbitration.
